Serving up a premium dining experience, prime trackside positioning and breathtaking views of the Gold Coast Skyline, The Skyline Restaurant is fast becoming one of the Gold Coast’s must-do fine dining experiences.

Centre stage at Aquis Park Gold Coast Turf Club, The Skyline Restaurant is a firm favourite for local foodies and racing enthusiasts alike; renowned for its quality menu and service.

Serving up some of the best locally-sourced produce around, diners can indulge in the choice provided through the ever-evolving, ala carte menu.

The Skyline Restaurant’s menu is driven by the Gold Coast’s abundance of quality produce, and proximity to the ocean, with a new menu released each week.

“I am extremely passionate about building dishes and menus around the seasonal produce we have available, working with trusted local suppliers and using some creativity to make the flavours shine,” said Aquis Park Gold Coast Turf Club Executive Chef Ben Sidebotham.
